R. Scott Young, B.A., BLS - President and Founder of ISI
Mr. Young has worked in the Electric utility industry for 27 years. He has extensive experience in High voltage substation operation and maintenance. Mr. Young has developed a number of safety training programs relating to OSHA and FDOT regulations.

Bob Kinzy - Mr. Kinzy is a former United States Marine, with 35 years of ASE Fleet Service Mechanic experience. He has experience in Hazardous waste/handling, Site operations & inspections, HAZWOPER, RCRA, and heavy equipment inspections.

Gus. E. Fernandez A. A. BLS- Mr. Fernandez has 27 years in the electric utility industry. His experience includes Line and Substation work as well as OSHA safety training.

W (Bill). E. Sams III E.E., P.E. - Mr. Sams has worked in the electric utility industry for 36 years. During this time he held a variety of engineering and management positions. His specialty is emergency preparedness planning ICC (Incident Command Center).

Mark D. Young EMT, BLS - Mr. Young has worked in the fire service industry for over 13 years.

Mark Hudnell -Hr Hudnell has 30 years in the Electric utility industry. He is experienced in meter diagnosis, repair and installation. Hr. Hudnell experience includes designing, implementing and conducting Meter training classes.
